1) What is the recommended age limit?
There is no age limit but we do require adult supervision for children under 14.
2) What are your hours of operation?
Our center operates daily. Refer to the hours of operation below:
Mon - Fri : 4pm - 10pm
Saturday : 10am - 10pm
Sunday : 12pm - 6pm
3) What are the booking times for each room?

4) How long does one game session last?
Each game session takes approximately 1 hour 10 minutes; 15 minutes briefing and 55 minutes of gameplay.
5) What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing and shoes that are easy to move around are recommended because there will be slight physical obstacles in the games.
6) Where can I store my personal belongings while I play?
Each room has an assigned locker to store personal belongings or shopping bags. A locker key will be issued to 1 player on your team. Key must be returned upon game completion.
7) Is the game suitable for the weak-hearted, pregnant ladies or those with disabilities?
Some of our games might have some surprise elements and minimal physical obstacles such as climbing or crawling. However, if they are not keen on continuing the game, our game masters will guide them out of the room if requested. Check out theme rooms details here.
8) What is the maximum number of players in a room?
The maximum number is 6. If you have a group of more than 6 people, we would advise you to split your players into 2 groups and take an extra room for better comfort and safety purposes.

10) Do I have to make a booking online or can I walk in?
While walk ins are welcomed, we would advise online booking to secure your game session, especially on weekends. To book online, click here.
11) I'm not part of a group. Can I play solo?
Unfortunately, no. All rooms require a minimum of 2 players.
12) What if I made a booking but am late for the session?
Please be on time for your game session to avoid the cancellation of your booking as late arrival will affect upcoming game sessions. Your punctuality is very much appreciated.
13) I booked a game session but won't be able to attend. What should I do?
You can choose to cancel or reschedule your game session. We allow refunds for cancelations made prior to 24 hours of booking time. If cancelation is requested within 24 hours, we can reschedule for a future date or issue a gift voucher of the same value of your original booking. Please call 469-762-4134 and let us know.
14) I made a reservation but I will be bringing more people with me to play. Do I need to call to let you know?
No, you do not need to call unless you are cancelling your reservation. The rooms are private so you may bring up to 6 players per room. We will charge the balance for any additional players upon your arrival.
15) Can kids play?
Yes, we have many families that come to play together. Our rooms are not scary, however some children may be too young to enjoy the mysterious music. It is at the parent's discretion to determine if it is an appropriate activity.
16) I wish to bring my team or recommend Novus Escape Room to my company for a team building experience. Will there be special discount?
